How does a Therapist Work?

During the past 20 years as a therapist, I have helped many people embrace themselves and love themselves and others in a genuine way. I want you to have a supportive, safe, and trusting environment to work through whatever gets in the way of the future you want for yourself.

Individual Therapy

Finding a therapist to work one on one with you that you can trust is critical to your success in sessions. When you work with me, I want to create a safe and trusting space. A space that allows you to explore all of the places that hold you back.

Couple’s Therapy

Couples therapy is one of the most challenging and important forms of therapy. It can help you and your significant other resolve minor conflicts or major relational barriers. This is true regardless of how you define your relationship. When your primary relationships are in conflict, it can feel overwhelming and like nothing else seems quite right in the world. Couples therapy can help bring a sense of balance back to your world.

Life is short, too short to be in relationships that are painful or unsatisfying or relationships that are not fulfilling and that do not honor who you are as a whole person. I have helped many couples embrace themselves and leave them content in relationships and hopeful about their futures.
